Bu çalışmada, istatistiksel proses kontrolün yedi tekniğinden biri olan Pareto
Analizi, incelenmiştir. Pareto Analizi, basit fakat problemin teşhis ve analizinde son
derece etkili bir tekniktir. Pareto Analizinin çimento imalat sanayiinde bir uygulaması
yapılmıştır. Uygulama yeri olarak Sivas Çimento Fabrikası seçilmiştir.
Fabrikada meydana gelen üretim duruşlarının sebepleri araştırılarak arıza
